Attention to detail is our middle name, we aren't only looking for those large ticket items that can make or break a home but also those small things that might get overlooked or never thought about; such things as fridge light that doesn't work, shower head that is to low, water pressure to low or to high, not enough outside electrical outlets, or the correct insulation amounts in an attic. These are the things we look for, the things that make your life easier without even knowing it. Let us see what we find today!

Many believe new construction homes do not need an inspection and while that "should" be true, it often isn't. Poor workman ship, corner cutting, unlicensed contractors and sub-contractors are just some of the reasons new home constructions should ALWAYS have a final inspection. ALSO, If you are buying a house under construction you should consider having an inspection before the walls are closed in, this maybe the only time to check components and systems usually concealed within walls.
This is typically for new home construction owners, as most builders (not all) give a 1 year warranty on the houses they build. So if you had a home built within the last year and approaching the end of this warranty period its a good idea to have an inspection done before that deadline. We can help you find anything that needs attention that may be covered under your 1 year warranty.
Keep in mind, all inspections and homes are different and there is not set fee for each inspection or other services. However, you can click the link below, give a brief description and little information about the home you are wanting inspected and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible with a comparable quote.
Don't miss our news letter when we release new ones. Average one per month with updates, recall notifications, season change to-dos, and reminders to change HVAC and other filters.
