Your home is normally your most expensive investment and keeping it “healthy” and well maintained is very important to ensuring the long life span of your home and all the components and systems that it is made of. Having a yearly check-up is one of the easiest ways to stay on top of maintenance and finding out what needs attention. A check-up is also a great way to get your “to do” list started every year.
(Former standard inspection customers receive a discount on this service).
Currently contracted out.
Some believe new construction shouldn't need an inspection and while that "should" be true it often isn't. Poor workman ship, cutting corners, unlicensed contractors and sub-contractors are just some of the reasons new home construction should ALWAYS have a final inspection. If you are buying a house under construction you should consider having an inspection before the walls are closed in, this maybe the only time to check components and systems usually concealed within walls .
